For over 25 years, we have been spearheading high-precision slicing and dicing of electronic components with Norton Winter 1A8 hubless diamond blades. The 1A8 line leads the industry in breadth, depth, and accuracy. From sintered and electroformed metal to resin and vitrified, our technology breadth is unmatched.

Our world-class manufacturing, continuous drive toward lower and tighter-controlled blade thicknesses, machine platform independence, and worldwide process development capabilities and engineering support make these diamond blades outstanding performers.

Our slicing and dicing engineering expertise spans a wide variety of applications, including read-write head machining, wafer dicing, chip-scale package singulation, and opto-electronics device slicing. We are also very active in diode and capacitor slicing.
